How do I connect to my Agency or connect to a different Agency/Employer?

Use the Connections page to switch between agencies/offices.

 

  1. From the Menu, tap Connections.

  2. On the Connections page, select from the list of Connected Connections and tap Change Active Connection to open the Select a Connection page.

  3. Select the connection you want.

  4. If configured, you must accept Third-Party Terms. Then, the Schedule page (or Patients page for Daily Patient Questions) appears.

What do I do if I can’t find the Agency/Employer I need?

  1. Tap Connect with a New Connection.

  2. Enter the new connection's Activation Code and tap Submit Code. The Activation code is sent by your agency/employer.

  3. Finish Connection Account Setup as explained in the Sign Up Here help topic.

 

How do I disconnect an Agency/Employer from my account?

  1. From the Menu, tap Connections.

  2. On the Connections page, tap the ellipsis (...) next to the connection name you want to disconnect.

  3. Tap Disconnect Connection from your account.

  4. When prompted to confirm your actions, tap Disconnect Connection.
