Why can't the caregiver install the mobile app? What is needed for a caregiver to install the mobile app?

Check to make sure the caregiver is using the following phone versions:

 

• Apple iPhones must use iOS version 11.0 or higher

• Android phones must use version 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher
