How do I link a Caregiver Profile with the HHAeXchange Mobile App?

You must have a Mobile ID to link the Caregiver Profile with the mobile app. The caregiver gets the Mobile ID in the app.

 

First, make sure the caregiver has downloaded the HHAeXchange Mobile App and created an app profile. Once registered, they’ll receive a 7-digit Mobile ID. The caregiver must give this Mobile ID to the agency.

 

Then follow the steps below to link their profile with the mobile app in the system. 

 

  1. 1. Go to Caregiver > Caregiver Search to search for and select the caregiver.

  2. 2. Select Profile from the left menu.

  3. 3. In the Profile page, click the Edit button.

  4. 4. In Demographics, enter the 7-digit Mobile ID (provided by the caregiver) in the Mobile ID field.

  5. 5. In the Mobile ID Type field, select Clinical or Non-Clinical:

    • Select Clinical to give the caregiver access to the patient’s clinical information on the mobile app.

    • Select Non-Clinical to limit the caregiver’s access to the patient’s clinical information on the mobile app.

  1. 6. Click the Save button.
